Terms of Sale for Products at KarelCAD


1. Pricing
1.1. Quoted prices are subject to variation by KarelCAD without notice.
1.2. Public distribution of KarelCAD's quoted prices render the pricing as void.
1.3. Pricing is only valid for the terms specified on the quote.
1.4. Accepted pricing must be ordered for by the customer and shall only bind when KarelCAD receives confirmation in writing.
1.5. KarelCAD will only supply products and services to the customers who accept these terms and conditions.

2. Payment Terms
2.1. Payment terms are: payment before delivery of product, or in the case of Training - prior to commencement -
unless otherwise stated in writing by KarelCAD.
2.2. Account payments must be remitted in accordance with the invoice instructions.
2.3. We Accept Visa / Mastercard / Bankcard. (Please note a 1.5% surcharge applies to software purchases on credit card)
2.4. For purchases containing multiple training dates and/or courses, dates will not be confirmed until payment is
received for the total value of the purchase order or invoice except where arrangements for payment terms have
been approved by KarelCAD Finance Division in writing.

3. Retention of Title
3.1. The title to goods does not pass from KarelCAD to the customer until the customer has paid KarelCAD the amount owing in full.

4. Loss or damage and risk
4.1. The liability for any loss or damage shall pass directly to the purchaser once the product has left KarelCAD's
warehouse for delivery to the customer.
4.2. Any claim for damage or short delivery must be made in writing and addressed to KarelCAD and received by
KarelCAD within seven (7) working days of delivery of the goods.

5. Cancellation/Postponement of Order
5.1. Cancellation of software orders will incur a 20% restocking fee for the return of the product to the supplier.
5.2. Training course cancellations / deferments must be one week prior to course commencement date, to allow effective re-secheduling.
5.3. For any training/professional services cancelled by you the client within 5 business days of commencement of
said training, for which re-scheduling is not possible, will be refunded 50% of the purchase amount. Where this
can be rescheduled a 20% re-booking fee will apply.
5.4. Non-attendance at a booked training course or cancellation of booked training/professional services or
cancellation of the aforementioned on the booked day or the day prior shall result in forfeit of the purchase amount in full.
5.5. Cancellation or postponement of booked training/professional services with 6 business day or more notice will
result in refund of the purchase less an administration fee to the value of 10% of the total value of the purchase order/invoice.

6. Finance not Automatically Approved - additional information that may be requested by the Financier
6.1. Financial statements
6.2. Property ownership – details of value and debt owing on residential property
6.3. Client history – some details on the cleint’s history and experience in the industry
6.4. Sources of work – a brief listing of major clients (especially for brand new businesses)
